Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the ScreenMirror.TV (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by DAMIRCHE CA LLC (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

  • Your device’s Internet Protocol address (IP address)
  • Your device model and operating system version
  • Identifiers that are unique to the Application on your device, such as Apple’s identifier for vendors and Firebase app instance IDs
  • Your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you allow tracking (see Advertising below)
  • The screens of the Application you use, the actions you take in it, and the time and date of your use
  • Crash reports and performance data
  • Your interactions with ads, such as views and taps

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. The services listed below may estimate your approximate location, such as your country, from your IP address.

If you send a problem report from the Application, the Service Provider receives the message you write and the Application’s diagnostic logs. The Service Provider uses them only to find and fix the problem.

The Service Provider uses this information to run and improve the Application, to find and fix crashes, to show ads, and to measure how people find the Application.

Advertising

The Application shows ads from Google AdMob. To show ads, measure them, and prevent fraud, Google and its partners collect information from your device, including your IP address, device information, your interactions with ads, and, only if you allow tracking, your advertising identifier. Third parties, including Google, may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to collect this information as a result of ad serving. To learn how Google uses this information, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

The Application also uses AppsFlyer and the Facebook SDK by Meta to measure which ads and campaigns bring people to the Application. They receive app events, such as when the Application is installed and opened, together with device information. They receive your advertising identifier only if you allow tracking.

The Application asks for your permission to track your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you do not allow it, the Application does not share your advertising identifier, and the ads you see are less personalized. You can change this choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device.

Third Party Access

The Service Provider shares the information described above with the third-party services below. Each service handles the data under its own privacy policy:

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

  • as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
  • when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
  • with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop the Application from sharing your advertising identifier at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you’d like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at [email protected] and they will respond in a reasonable time.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider ([email protected]) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
